If a club arrives damaged, report the issue immediately to Fairway Exchange. We will investigate and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or claim with the shipping carrier.

If a buyer claims the club does not match the photos or description within 72 hours of delivery, Fairway Exchange will facilitate the return process and refund the buyer once the seller receives the item back.
