When you use the Services, we automatically collect:
Device Information & Identifiers
Device model, hardware type, operating system
Device identifiers (such as Android device ID)
Push-notification tokens (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging token)
IP address, browser type, language, time zone
Device fingerprint metadata collected by Stripe for fraud prevention
Usage Information
Pages, screens, and listings you view
Actions taken within the app (taps, clicks, navigation patterns)
Time spent on various pages
Session data and app performance metrics

Stripe (payment processor): payment method tokens, customer ID, subscription/payment status, fraud detection metadata

Process payments and transactions — via secure payment provider (e.g. Stripe), including payment method tokens, subscription management.
Enable functionality and features — listing uploads, photos/videos, messaging, purchase history, order history, push notifications, device-specific behavior.
Security, fraud prevention, and compliance — device identifiers and fingerprinting help detect fraudulent activity, enforce terms, secure accounts and transactions.
Performance, analytics, and improvement — analyzing how users use the app/site, identifying issues, improving UI/UX, app stability, detecting bugs or crashes.
Communications — account alerts, payment confirmations, support messages, and other user communications.
Personalization and user experience — recommended listings, saved preferences, relevant content based on interaction and history.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

You can permanently delete your account directly within the Fairway Exchange mobile application.
When you delete your account:
All personal data, listings, photos, videos, chat messages, and profile information are fully and permanently deleted.
We do not retain your data after deletion.
Data is not archived, backed up, or stored in any recoverable form.

We implement reasonable security measures, including encrypted communication, secure server infrastructure, and compliance with industry standards for data handling.
However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and will delete such information if discovered.
